  • You can refer to the service by filling out our referral form here, or contacting us on rachael@theholisticot.co or 0415 812 723.

  • We accept referrals from parents, GP’s, Paediatricians, child health nurses, teachers, Allied Health or Support Coordinators.

  • We accept referrals for people aged between 0-18 years of age.

  • No, we currently only offer OT sessions in our clinic, based in Lennox Head.

    If your child is needing specific assessment in the home or school, discuss this with your therapist. We may be able to offer one-off sessions these environments at additional travel costs.

  • Yes, it is always the families choice of whether they would like a report. Reports can be useful for schools, Paediatrician appointments or for NDIS recommendations and funding.

  • To avoid a cancellation fee (100%) of the total fee, you must cancel directly with the therapist by emailing rachael@theholisticot.co 48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Yes, we do offer Telehealth services. You can access Telehealth sessions by completing a referral form.
